NeatWorks is business administration software that allows you to track your financial documentation in a single comprehensive interface.
The program's main merit is that it allows you to create detailed sheets for each main type of financial document - receipts, expense reports, tax returns (according to the formats specific for Canada or the US), as well as to catalog business contacts. You can, thus, keep a very precise and orderly archive of all your financial data. Moreover, the software also allows you to import documents from other sources (either scanned, or directly elaborated in electronic format), convert them and extract their information into your own digital cabinet.

Besides simply storing the data, NeatWorks also permits processing it into reports (e.g. expenses reports over a given period) that you can view and preserve in Excel format (or other similar applications with which the program integrates). Nevertheless, although the software is complex and contains numerous functions, it still maintains a very accessible and intuitive interface, which focuses all the aforementioned elements under a single, highly intuitive dashboard.

To conclude, NeatWorks constitutes a highly useful tool for centralizing all your financial data making them readily available. Thus, it serves as a highly efficient organizer that smooths the course of business activity.
